Production Method Confirmation
Based on the design, we determine the suitable manufacturing process and material. If a requested structure is difficult to produce or may affect durability, finishing or cost, this can be addressed before sampling.
Tooling & Sample Development
Where tooling or molds are required, the tooling is prepared according to the approved product structure. A physical sample is then produced for evaluation.
Surface Finishing
After the main component is formed or machined, the surface is polished and prepared for the specified finish. Plating, coloring, antique treatment or other surface requirements are then applied according to the approved specification.
Assembly & Detail Checking
